Returns And Exchange 

  • All returns will be accepted if they meet at least one of the following criteria:
    • The product does not fit as expected
    • Has manufacture faults or damages
  • Items that have been damaged in the shipping process are the responsibility of the selected carrier it was shipped with.
  • Rep Your Max will not be held accountable for the improper shipping process
  • All returns are subject to:
    • Exchange for a different size
    • Similar product in the same price range
    • A full refund excluding the shipping cost
  • Shipping cost are to be covered in total by yourselves, the customer, however, if it is determined that the fault is on our end, (manufacture faults or incorrect item), we will cover the shipping cost.
  • To qualify for a return, you must email us at returns@repyourmax.com within 3 days upon the deliver date.
  • Please send your return within 7 business days of receiving a confirmation email by Rep Your Max, or up to 30 days upon your order delivery date
  • Send all item(s) in its arrival condition along with the original packaging material.

  • If the item(s) returned to Rep Your Max is or are clearly stretched, torn, or any other related issues, we will not return the item(s). Products must be returned in their departure condition (from Rep Your Max)
  • If in the process we happen to run out of stock of the item in exchange for, we will provide a coupon code or another product within equal value.
